How Does all of this work?

How does the pricing work?

The flat fee covers the cost of bar service. 2 bartenders, the bar cart rental, labor, transport, delivery and breakdown. It covers anything regarding service. The $8 per guest covers open bar for that guest for the entire event. This cost covers the fresh produce, mixers, house made organic purees and syrups. garnishes, cups, straws, ice, napkins, and anything else needed for the actual beverages!

What alcohol is included?

None! By Alaska State Law, we are not licensed to provide any beverage containing alcohol. That includes beer & wine! For an additional charge, we are able to pick up liquor for your event and invoice separate from bartending service! We are a bartending service only, we do not sell alcohol. We create the custom cocktails and provide all of the lovely organic juices, herbs, purees and garnishes. You provide the alcohol that goes in them.

What decor items come with the trailer?

We bring the rustic bar chair setup, fresh florals for the front of the bars, a printed menu tailored to your event, and small items that are custom to your event. We do not provide large balloons or any major florals + decor. We often work with planners in the area and they provide those services.

What if I want mocktails instead of cocktails?

We can absolutely do mocktails for your event but it does not change the price. Although there isn't any alcohol being added, mocktails still require all of the materials included in our packages to create the perfect mocktail!
